Upcoming Events

The Ark Valley High Rollers are coming to knit hats with us! They'll be in the shop Saturday, January 28th from 1pm until 3 pm.

Stop by to meet the girls, learn about Roller Derby, and knit a hat for charity.

Keep an eye out for the Taste of the West Yarn Club starting in March.

There will be yarns exclusively created for Serendipity and only available through the club.

Knitter's Choice Event. January 1st-February 15th

3 Prizes donated by Westminster Fibers, distibutor of Rowan plus more prizes awarded from Serendipity

Guidelines
1. Be a member on Ravelry
2. Purchase any Rowan yarn at Serendipity Yarn and Gifts January 1, 2012 or after
3. Choose your project or projects and knit, knit, knit until February 15th 2012
4. Post photos of your finished projects in the Knitters Choice Event page on Ravelry (don’t fret; we can assist with this part of the event)

The prizes will be awarded as follows:
With every 250 yards of Rowan yarn purchasedyou will be rewarded an entry into the drawing
Example:
2 skeins of Colourspun (148 yds each) 296 yds= 1 entry
10 skeins of Colourspun (148 yds each) 1480 yds= 5 entries
On February 15th we will choose the winner by The Random Number Generator.

If you choose not to knit with us you can send in a 3 x 5 postcard to Serendipity @ P.O. box 5120, Buena Vista, Colorado 81211 by Feb. 15th and be entered once.

"Sit and Stitch" with us.
Bring your knitting, crocheting, needlepoint or whatever to sit, stitch and chat at the following places.
Saturdays, 10 am- 12 noon at Serendipity
Tuesdays, 5 pm - 7 pm, Eddyline Brew Pub on Linderman Ave.
Wednesdays, 10am - 12 noon, Charity knitting at Serendipity
Monthly Sit and Spin, 1st Wednesday of each month at Serendipity. Bring your wheel or drop spindle

Serendipity is available for mail orders or special orders. We are connected to yarn stores nationwide to find what you need.
