Laura
Laura Deer, a techno nerd for her day job, relaxes by figuring out complicated lace patterns, every version of heel & toe variations, cast-ons, bind-offs, & both top-down & toe-up socks. Laura has been an avid knitter for years and loves to share her knowledge with others by teaching classes at Serendipity.

Mikki Martin delights in texture, color, being creative and people. I love teaching what I am passionate about--which is knitting. My grandmother taught me to crochet and I learned to knit shortly after from my mom. I was raised on a ranch where we had numerous breed of sheep, cattle, horses. Now as I learn new aspects of producing wearable clothing items with wool I am thankful for my roots. My goal in life, never stop learning.

Janet
Janet Yinger started spinning in 1990, while raising sheep in Ohio. She loves helping new spinners and learning from more advances ones. She lives in Buena Vista with 4 spinning wheels, lots of spindles and one husband.
Robin Ziperman has been knitting since she was a wee young lass of seven. She has been lucky enough to learn from some amazing women and loves being in the position of paying it forward. These days she's helping raise a flock of sheep and enjoying the challenge of following the path from sheep to garment.Robin
Sheryl

Sheryl Campbell
My life long passion has been fiber arts, but I didn’t think it should be my career so I went into science becoming an Electron Microscopist for National Jewish Hospital.  Fate has a way of turning the tables and after leaving science to open a Scottish/Irish store with my husband Frank, I found I needed to  be a professional seamstress but no ordinary seamstress, a bonified kiltmaker.  Along the way I learned to knit, crochet, weave, spin and fly fish!!!   Isn’t life wonderful!!!

Sue

Sue Lathrop
From a young age, Sue learned needlework of all types from various family members.  She started designing patterns in college for fun and family.  Over the years she has taught herself and others a variety of different knitting and crochet styles. She learned to spin several years ago, and is using her love of fiber to fashion her creations.  Sue loves to encourage the creativity in those she works with and believes that she can learn something new from them in return.
