Row 1: knit
Row 2: Inc 1 stitch & K the rest of the row.
Repeat two rows until you have 15sts
Continue in garter stitch for 46 rows
Row 47: k2tog & K the rest of the row
Row 48: knit
(Be sure you are decreasing on the same side as the increase)
Repeat two rows until you have 2sts left
Bind off
For finishing Cut 17 sets of fringe 10" long
Attach with J crochet hook along the decreased edges.
